DAYCARE   
Monday-Friday (7am-6pm)

(MINIMUM 2 DAYS REQUIRED PER WEEK)
~Closed weekends & Major Holidays~
All dogs must be dropped off prior to 10am (the earlier the better)
Pick up time is NO LATER than 6PM (Boarding fees apply thereafter)

-1/2 day: (mornings ONLY til 12pm)         $15

-Full day: (anything after 12pm)              $25
(2nd dog is household is 1/2 price)            $13

Basic Guidelines
-All dogs must be spayed/neutered
-Must get along with other dogs/mix well
-Must have a good reputation/behavior
-Must be in good standing health

Required Vaccinations
-Rabies ( you provide copy)
Hometown Tags (all dogs must be registered in town of residence yearly)
-Proof of both:
       Kennel Cough (Bordetella, every 6 months)
       DHLPP includes: Distemper, Hepatitis , Leptospirosis, Para Influenza & Parvovirus
-Must be on a consistent Flea/Tick & Heartworm schedule
(Owners responsibility to provide PAMPERED PAWS with up to date records)

Payment Options:
-Weekly or Advanced payment
